This is a thorough preparation for your whole body before diving into quite an intense Aerial Class or practise session for the joint mobility and drills that prepare your joints and fascia for the load you are about to put your body through holding your own body weight, especially hands and shoulders – very important joint structures that need love and care.

Shoulders require safe mechanics to safely maintain your aerial practise. Injuries just slow us down and these are are wonderful collection of practises from different practises and modalities other that the practise of aerial that i have incorporated into my practise.
