Basic Core

A perfect way to start any kind of movement practise – the basics of how to engage your core, the foundation to all stable movement practises -return the muscle firing sequence back into harmonic flow so the body naturally sustains its stability in perfect harmony.

This course will guide your through the technical, the imaginary and the tactile cues you can use at home to make sure you are engaging correctly. sort of like being your own personal therapist, teaching you how to take care of you.
